Description

Perform simple or heavy manual labor tasks in the Operations area, as instructed, at field sites, waste depots, or production operations; including collection, stacking, loading, unloading, packaging, transferring, and transporting parts, materials, or tools; cleaning yards and reservoirs; performing weeding, pruning, cutting, and replanting on lawns and internal roads; washing vehicles, machinery, and equipment; organizing work areas and performing other general manual labor tasks to support the company's defined organizational standards and environmental conditions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform simple or heavy manual labor tasks in the field within the Operations area, maintaining green areas to preserve internal roads, ponds, stormwater galleries, and drains; performing embankment restoration, gravel layer application, soil drilling for installation or repair of fence posts and fences; installing, replacing, or removing signage plates; maintaining curbs, poles, gates, and drain covers to ensure area preservation and organization; * Perform manual labor tasks at solid, liquid, or gaseous waste depots, carrying out collection, stacking, loading, unloading, packaging, and transfer of materials, as directed by immediate supervisors; * Clean yards, reservoirs, water intake boxes, and internal roads through sweeping, collecting paper, debris, detritus, and material residues; * Perform weeding, pruning, cutting, replanting, edging, and slope weeding around ponds; raking green biomass; removing dead animals; mowing green areas; planting, fertilizing, covering with soil, and watering lawns; bagging swept material for final disposal at appropriate locations; * Remove unsuitable soil and re-finish embankments; replace damaged pipes if necessary; distribute compacted soil layers to eliminate and/or minimize land erosion risks; * Wash vehicles, machines, and equipment, removing dust and other detritus from internal and external surfaces using pneumatic machines, vacuum cleaners, brushes, and similar tools; suspending vehicles or positioning them over appropriate pits to wash undersides; cleaning bodywork, windows, wheels, and tires; polishing metal structures; recording performed services and controlling replenishment of consumed materials; * Lubricate, adjust, and calibrate all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments to ensure extended service life; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion or partial completion of elementary education is desirable. * Knowledge of operating equipment and tools used in lawn and brush/tree mowing activities, as well as vehicle, machine, and equipment washing tasks. * Organizational skills, dynamism, proactivity, and interpersonal communication abilities. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
