Conduct market research, cold calls, cold emails, and outreach at industry events. Register leads and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Hold meetings to understand the client’s logistics operations and propose solutions. Develop and present commercial proposals and quotations. Support contract closing. Prepare commercial performance reports and sales forecasts. Participate in internal alignment and strategic planning meetings.
