Job Summary: The professional will plan and control production, analyze performance indicators, and propose improvements to production processes, contributing to continuous improvement. Preparation of performance reports * Plan and control production according to demand and company capacity * Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements * Monitor production, identify deviations, and propose solutions * Prepare performance reports and present results to the team * Participate in alignment meetings with involved departments * Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in production planning and control * Knowledge of production management tools * Data analysis capability and report preparation skills * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proficiency in Excel and PCP systems * Postgraduate degree in Production Management * Experience in plastic industry companies * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * ERP system knowledge Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.400,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
