We are seeking a **hands-on Equipment Developer** with a systemic vision. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing our ultra-low temperature refrigeration and climate-controlled equipment lines. The ideal candidate does not merely design individual parts; they understand how the system functions thermodynamically and electrically. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and update equipment designs, including Ultrafreezers (−86°C), Scientific Freezers, Storage Chambers, and Climate Chambers. * Perform detailed 3D modeling and technical 2D detailing using **Autodesk Inventor** (mandatory). * Integrate **Refrigeration Systems** (thermal load calculation, compressor selection, refrigerants) with **Electrical/Electronic Systems** (component sizing, controllers, sensors). * Prepare engineering technical documentation: Bills of Materials (BOM), electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. * Support prototyping, assembly, and validation testing of equipment on the factory floor. * Drive continuous improvement of existing products, focusing on energy efficiency and reduced production costs. **Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills):** * **Proven, extensive experience with Autodesk Inventor** (will be tested). * Demonstrated knowledge of **Industrial or Commercial Refrigeration Systems** (refrigeration cycles, gases, compressors). * Knowledge of **Electrical and Electronic Engineering** applied to equipment (reading electrical schematics, basic automation, temperature controllers). * Prior experience in industrial environments / factory floor settings. **Preferred Qualifications (What Sets You Apart):** * Specific experience with **Cascade Systems** (ultra-low temperature). * Familiarity with regulatory standards (NR-10, NR-12) or quality standards (ISO 13485, RDC 665). **Behavioral Profile:** * **Analytical and Detail-Oriented:** Technical attention to detail is critical to prevent rework during production. * **Hands-On:** Willingness to go to the factory floor to observe equipment assembly and solve real-world problems. * **Organized:** Ability to manage project revisions and documentation. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * How many years of professional experience do you have using Autodesk Inventor? * Do you have practical experience integrating refrigeration and electrical systems? * What is your expected salary?
