Ensuring safety processes and standards Description: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, International Trade, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in logistics operations, preferably in an airport environment. * Experience in leading operational teams (team leader, supervisor, or similar role). * Knowledge of air cargo processes (import and export). * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Lead and monitor daily operations for receipt, inspection, storage, and release of air cargo (import and export). * Coordinate the operational team by assigning tasks, guiding procedures, and monitoring performance. * Ensure adherence to operational procedures, AVSEC safety standards, and Viracopos Airport regulations. * Serve as a liaison with inspection, operational safety, and other airport stakeholders. * Monitor operational flow, controlling backlog, deadlines, volumes, and priorities. * Support inventories, audits, and operational controls, ensuring data accuracy. * Record, track, and report operational incidents. * Assist in preparing operational reports and performance indicators. * Maintain organization of the operational area, compliance with safety standards, and best practices. * Support the supervisor/coordinator in continuous process improvement. 2512180202551925106
