Cost analysis and tax classification Description: Experience in procurement processes or activities involving client/supplier negotiation; Experience in import processes (documentation, customs clearance, release, taxes) is a plus; Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of Excel; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is desirable; Residence in Vinhedo, Valinhos, Louveira, or nearby areas. * Responsible for monitoring the import process to ensure internal customers are served according to planned timelines and costs; * Support and assist the manager in negotiations with trading partners / customs brokers and port terminals; * Operational and tax monitoring, communication with freight agents, shipping lines, terminals, and customs brokers; * Issuance of invoices for direct imports and follow-up on invoice issuance with trading companies; * Ensure the quality of received documentation, adhering to applicable standards and legislation, and monitor customs clearance; * Perform cost analysis; * Understand and evaluate correct NCM classification and Incoterms. 2510310202231317149
