Job Summary: Assist in the quotation and contracting process for international freight, monitor import and export processes, and ensure documentary compliance. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end monitoring of import and export processes. 2. Communication with customs brokers, freight carriers, and international clients. 3. Updating the management system and tracking regulatory changes. * Assist in the quotation and contracting process for international freight; monitor import and export processes from start to finish; ensure documentary compliance (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.); support the team with customs clearance procedures and cargo shipment; track deadlines and costs associated with international trade operations; communicate with customs brokers, freight carriers, suppliers, and international clients; assist in preparing control reports and documents; update the import/export management system; monitor changes in legislation and sector regulations. * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields; basic knowledge of import and export processes; Advanced English (mandatory); proficiency in Excel and management tools; strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork; proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
