Active participation in projects and coordination of process improvement. We are looking for a **Senior Export Analyst** to join the **Demand Chain (Vinhedo)** team. This area is responsible for **ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of export processes**, connecting different markets and internal departments to guarantee on-time deliveries, documentary compliance, and customer satisfaction. **This is a temporary opportunity for up to 2 years, covering an employee assigned to the SAP implementation project.** We seek someone with **systemic vision, a proactive attitude, and analytical-critical thinking**, who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation in processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze documentary instructions received from importers across different countries. * Instruct and evaluate customs brokers’ tasks, focusing on cargo release with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB). * Conduct preliminary analysis and issue export documents according to contractual terms and conditions (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy). * Monitor customs clearance processes and conduct follow-up meetings with markets. * Monitor Freight Forwarder performance KPIs. * Identify improvement opportunities through indicator analysis. * Experience with transportation modes: **maritime, air, and road**. * Ability to coordinate logistics processes with a focus on **on-time and contractually agreed deliveries to customers**. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with **internal and external customers**, both in Brazil and abroad. * Interface with departments including **Logistics, Legal, Tax, Sustainability, and Accounting**, among others. * Active participation in projects and coordination of process improvement (e.g., **Lean, Agile** methodologies, **MOVIDESK** platform). * Application and analysis of market research surveys. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in **International Trade** and/or **International Relations**. **Languages:** * Spanish: **Advanced** * English: **Intermediate** **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite: **Advanced** * Knowledge of **Power BI** **Technical Knowledge:** * Concepts and practices of **exportation**: Incoterms, payment terms, documentary analysis, and importing countries’ requirements * **Customs clearance** and **international logistics** * Customs legislation, contractual terms, and **customs clearance documentation (DUEs)** for instructing customs brokers * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **For You and Your Family:** Birthday allowance; Pregnancy program; Extended maternity leave; Extended paternity leave; Legal assistance; Daycare or babysitter allowance for mothers (or fathers with sole judicial custody); “Seed of Hope” program (for parents of children with disabilities); Christmas gift for employees’ children up to age 12; Wellhub (Gympass). **Health and Well-being:** Bradesco health insurance; Bradesco dental insurance; Pharmacy benefit (50% subsidy); On-site medical clinic; Health prevention and promotion programs. **Work Model:** Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 (three) days per week working onsite (for departments with compatible operations). **Food Benefits:** On-site restaurant; Meal or food allowance. **Your Future:** “My Tomorrow” program (future planning, longevity, and quality of life); Life insurance; Company anniversary recognition; Minimum Benefit (pension plan). **Conveniences:** Discounts on Volkswagen vehicle purchases and rentals; Partnership with Tokio Marine for auto and home insurance; PRE.
