The company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Monte Mor. **Responsibilities:** Provide operational technical support to clients using the FOPAG system. Assist clients in executing HR routines and processes within the system. Identify, analyze, and guide resolution of questions related to payroll, vacation, termination, and labor charge calculations. Provide client support via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp, ensuring clear guidance and high service quality. Log support interactions and track requests until resolution. Support clients in correctly using system functionalities. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
