We are seeking a **Junior Support Technician** to provide user support and cover vacation periods for various clients. **Responsibilities:** * Formatting and configuring computers (Windows 10/11\); * Hardware maintenance and general technical support; * Remote, on-site, and field-based support; * User support and incident resolution; * Software installation and configuration; * Support for Microsoft 365-related requests; * Incident logging and tracking; **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (in progress or completed); * Experience in technical support; * Knowledge of hardware and computer maintenance; * Experience formatting computers; * Availability to work at various locations and schedules; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Networking knowledge; * Experience with Microsoft 365; **Profile:** * Strong communication skills; * Adaptability; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Good interpersonal skills; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.557,55 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
