We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage and execute the company's financial routines, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and support for departmental requirements. **Main responsibilities** -------------------------------- Process and control payments; Verify invoices, bank slips, and financial documents; Record entries and apply payments in the system; Monitor due date schedules and payment planning; Perform bank reconciliations; Support financial closing and report generation; Maintain contact with suppliers for alignment and issue resolution; Ensure compliance with internal policies and established deadlines. **Requirements** -------------- Previous experience in Accounts Payable; Knowledge of financial routines and reconciliations; Intermediate Excel skills; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication; Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. **Preferred qualifications** ---------------- Experience with financial ERP systems; Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; Knowledge of financial indicators and cash flow management. **Additional information** -------------------------- Work model: Hybrid Location: Campinas **Hiring type: PJ** -------------------
