About the position We are seeking a proactive, organized, and committed professional to provide technical and operational support for the unit, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, laboratories, and the school's technology infrastructure. We seek someone skilled at problem-solving, with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to support various departments in daily operations. Responsibilities * Provide technical support to unit staff; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals; * Install and configure software; * Support and monitor the unit's server; * Manage backups and shared resources; * Provide network, internet, printer, and telephone support; * Provide technical support for the Acadweb system; * Organize and support computer labs; * Support interactive courses and operational demands; * Inspect audiovisual equipment, TVs, projectors, and cameras; * Provide basic Office tools support; * Ensure organization and proper operation of the unit's technological infrastructure. Requirements * Technical course in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience in technical support and computer maintenance; * Knowledge of networking, backup solutions, and user support; * Proficiency in Windows and the Office suite; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactive and organized profile.
