Process analysis and improvement suggestions A technology company is seeking an IT Intern in Hortolândia. **Responsibilities:** Promptly attend to customer requests, logging and resolving incidents according to technical procedures. Continuously create and update technical procedures and operational manuals. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base by reviewing operational documents and researching new solutions. Analyze internal processes and suggest improvements to optimize service delivery. Ensure efficient handling of requests, guaranteeing user satisfaction. Collaborate with other support teams to resolve and monitor complex issues. Identify and evaluate reported problems, providing solution timelines for systemic errors. Conduct on-site technical visits when necessary. Previous internships in Software Development, Technical Support, Systems Analysis, or Computer Networks may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
