We seek organized, proactive, and communicative professionals interested in people and process development, who can contribute to talent attraction and continuous improvement of the company's internal structure. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, from job postings to conducting initial interviews; * Screen resumes and contact candidates; * Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers; * Organize and maintain up-to-date records and controls of selection processes; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent attraction and selection processes; * Support the definition and description of positions and organizational structures; * Provide administrative support to the HR department. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and analytical capability; * Proficiency in systems and technology (Microsoft Office suite); **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Salary: Fixed (to be negotiated); * Benefits: Meal Allowance + Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Health Plan, Dental Plan, English and undergraduate study subsidy, access to MAPData E-Learning platform and Gympass; * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) – On-site work in Americana/SP; * Work schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
