A global, dynamic, and challenging work environment. **Job Category** ================ Production \& Skilled Trades**Position Summary** ==================== Weigh pigments according to formulation / Palatize compound according to skid capacity.**Responsibilities** ==================== Responsibilities: **Pigment Weighing** \- Verify scheduling with the process leader, retrieve the formula from the laboratory, request materials from the forklift operator, verify material approval, and supply silos or bags as identified. Perform scale checks per checklist; place EVA in the bucket and verify individual pigment weights per the weighing card, recording them on the quality checklist; follow ingredient weighing until formulation completion. **Batch OFF** – Conduct safety testing; activate Batch OFF fans and set switch to automatic mode; activate central panel-controlled lubrication showers for belts; receive the tip of the first load manually and direct it onto the Wig Wag conveyor; wait for the load tip to reach the skid; load the skid according to capacity; perform temperature check of the load per quality procedure; move skids (empty/full) using the pallet jack; weigh material on floor scale with pallet jack assistance; identify material per formulation using identification card (compound, date, shift, team member); prepare solution per quality formulation; cut bales of synthetic or natural rubber using BBY guillotine. For BBY2 Batch OFF operation, include removal of scrap powder from silo systems.
