Online seller position for Fitness fashion Monday to Friday - 8:00 - 18:00

Job Summary: Responsible for leading the front desk team, ensuring service quality, resolving conflicts, and optimizing operational processes in a hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work across various hotel departments **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and supervise the front desk team. * Develop and monitor work schedules, days off, and vacation plans for the team. * Ensure service quality during check-in, check-out, and guest stays. * Resolve complaints and conflict situations, seeking prompt and satisfactory solutions. * Monitor reservations, room availability, and hotel occupancy. * Track front desk performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Train and develop the team, ensuring adherence to service standards. * Ensure proper use of the hotel property management system (PMS). * Supervise billing procedures, cash receipts, cash handling, and shift closing. * Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, Restaurant, and Sales departments to ensure excellence in the guest experience. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, LGPD, and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in hotel front office operations and leadership roles. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage. **Work Schedule:** According to the hotel’s operational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
