**HR Analyst – Focus on Training & Development** Americana/SP | Large-scale retail company We are seeking an HR Analyst with a focus on Training & Development to join a solid and expanding retail company. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is hands-on, has strong communication skills, and experience in designing and delivering development programs. **Key responsibilities:** * Training needs assessment (TNA); * Planning, organizing, and monitoring in-person and online training sessions; * Developing learning content, materials, and learning paths; * Supporting onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement activities; * Managing T&D performance indicators; * Liaising with managers and supporting team development requests; * Assisting with organizational culture and internal communication initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in Training & Development, Corporate University, or Human Development; * Experience working in mid- to large-sized companies; * Knowledge of training and development methodologies; * Proficiency with digital tools and HR analytics; * Retail industry experience is desirable. **Behavioral competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities; * Creativity and proactivity; * Analytical mindset with a people-development orientation; * Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders. **The company offers:** * Market-competitive salary; * Attractive benefits package; * Dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
