Technical support to customers and internal teams **\*\* Only candidates with proven experience in cranes and aerial work platforms may apply \*\*** Ensure **availability, reliability, and operational safety** of Force Lift equipment (aerial baskets, aerial work platforms, cranes, and hydraulic attachments), including: * Corrective maintenance * Preventive maintenance * Advanced diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic, and electro-electronic failures * Technical commissioning and handover * Technical support to customers and internal teams Technical Responsibilities (Actual Senior Scope) Mechanical / Structural * Diagnosis of mechanical failures in booms, joints, bearings, pins, bushings, gearboxes, and power take-offs (PTO). * Interpretation of technical drawings and assembly schematics. * Adjustments, alignments, structural re-tightening, and fatigue/gap analysis. Hydraulic * Diagnosis of failures in: * Hydraulic pumps (gear, piston, vane) * Proportional, directional, relief, and check valves * Hydraulic cylinders (internal/external leakage, bending, loss of force) * Reading and interpretation of **hydraulic diagrams**. * Pressure, flow, and pressure-drop testing. * Hydraulic commissioning of new equipment. Electrotechnical / Mechatronic * Diagnosis and repair of: * 12V / 24V control systems * DC/AC inverters (if applicable) * Relays, contactors, solenoids, inductive sensors, limit switches * Interpretation of **electrical diagrams** * Use of multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter (if applicable) * Diagnosis of intermittent faults (grounding issues, voltage drops, poor connections) * Electro-hydraulic integration (proportional valve + joystick + electronic module) * **Testing, Commissioning, and Technical Handover** * **Operational safety testing** * **Adjustment of pressures, relief valves, and limit switches** * **Technical release of new equipment** * **Supervision of load and stability tests** * **Technical Management** * Technical support to junior/pleno technicians * Standardization of maintenance procedures * **Completion of technical service orders with clear diagnosis** * **Technical interface with engineering and manufacturing** * **On-site technical support when required** * **Mandatory Requirements Education: Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, or Mechatronics** * **Desirable: Industrial hydraulics and electrical control courses** * **Minimum Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience with:** * Aerial work platforms * Cranes * **Hydraulic attachments for trucks** * **Heavy mobile equipment** * **Technical reading ability** * **Ability to read and interpret: Hydraulic diagrams, Electrical diagrams, Mechanical drawings** * **Driver's License: CNH B (minimum)** * **Desirable: CNH C/D** Compensation: Starting from R$4\.200,00, per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
