




**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced professional in planning and executing large corporate events to work on a temporary basis during a period of high demand. The professional will be responsible for coordinating strategic planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale events, ensuring excellence in delivery, budget control, and alignment with the company’s brand and relationship objectives. **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate all event stages—from concept to execution—including briefing, schedule, budget, suppliers, and operations. * Manage agencies and partners (production, scenography, audiovisual, giveaways, communications, etc.). * Ensure events reflect the brand’s strategy and positioning, reinforcing audience experience. * Monitor supplier negotiations, contracting, and payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs. * Conduct technical visits, checklists, and follow-ups with all involved areas. * Coordinate event logistics, setup, teardown, and operations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety. * Support the development of pre-, during-, and post-event communication plans in partnership with the Communications team. * Coordinate internal and external teams during execution, ensuring quality and safety standards. * Support performance measurement and preparation of post-event reports (KPIs, lessons learned, and improvements). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Events, or related fields. * Experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events (national and/or regional). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Availability for occasional travel and on-site event monitoring. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in large corporations or multinational companies. * Experience with technical events and/or agribusiness sector events. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of project management tools and budgeting spreadsheets.
