Process control and organization \* Reconciliation of Avon Cabreúva receipts / Collection of Avon Cabreúva Inbound XML files \* ICO reconciliation \* Collection of Scraps \- Technical Reports and Asset Write-offs \* Verification of Aptus warnings \* Biweekly billing (Avon/Natura Inbounds) \* Biweekly invoice entry into Conta Azul \* Sending the list of authorized Inbounds for NF issuance \- Avon Cabreúva \* CSV import and Kibon billing release \* Requesting pallet collection from Participants \* Conta Azul reconciliation \- Outgoing invoices \* GEEnet customer registration / Customer login registration / GEEnet contract registration \* Customer balance confirmation / Inventory via letter / Inventory closing \* Linking invoices to GEEnet \* Customer training on the GEE Portal \* Control of GEE pallet shipments \- Kibon x Participants \* Target achievement closing \- Scrap/PBR \* High school diploma or currently pursuing a technical course in administration or logistics; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office \- especially Excel \* Both genders Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
