Assist in performing preventive maintenance checklists **Maintenance Semi-Skilled Worker** **Responsibilities** * Assist in building maintenance activities, providing support in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, civil, and painting areas. * Support the replacement, repair, and installation of parts and components under the guidance of the Maintenance Skilled Worker. * Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining facilities and equipment. * Collaborate in performing preventive maintenance checklists, identifying basic maintenance needs. **Requirements** * Reside in Campinas or nearby region. * Minimum 6 months of experience in building maintenance or related fields. * Completed elementary education (high school education is a plus). **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Attendance bonus of R$150.00 (after 3 months) * Full uniform provided * On-site meals (lunch and breakfast) * University partnership program (up to 70% discount) * TotalPass (gyms, psychologists, nutritionists) * Optional health, dental, and pharmacy plans.
