A professional with at least 5 years of proven experience as a cook, residing in the region or having easy access to the workplace. A bachelor's degree in Gastronomy is desirable, and the candidate should currently be employed. The role involves preparing meals according to the menu and instructions from nutritionists or management, performing pre-preparation and preparation of food, including cutting, seasoning, and plating. The candidate must also monitor food preparation time and ensure the quality of served meals, maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of utensils and equipment, and strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Additionally, the candidate is expected to support and lead the kitchen team whenever necessary.
