If you are passionate about technology and have leadership experience… **Responsibilities and Duties** Understand, design, and implement solutions to meet project/client requirements; Provide technical support to Delivery (Project Manager) during effort estimation for budgeting; Provide technical support to Delivery (Project Manager) during team estimation validation (planning); Participate in and collaborate on the design and implementation of solution architecture; Support the team in resolving technical issues as they arise; Inform stakeholders of any issues with currently implemented technical solutions; Ensure the technical quality of project deliverables according to established processes (Code Review, Unit Tests, Integration Tests, etc.); Provide technical feedback to developers for their professional growth; Participate as a Tech Specialist in Lean/Design processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Experience in web server-side ASP.NET development using C# (ASP.NET MVC Controllers / ASP.NET MVC Web API); Solid experience with development languages and frameworks (.NET, JavaScript) and proven experience in software development projects; Experience with modern cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their services for cloud-native development; Ability to design data structures; Experience in direct client interaction;
