**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
● Familiarity with inventory management systems: Ability to generate inventory reports and interpret data to identify replenishment needs. Configure and maintain accurate records in the system, minimizing errors;
● Knowledge of materials, especially aluminum profiles and their specifications: Ability to assess quality and compliance of received materials;
● Basic understanding of inventory management: Experience conducting periodic inventories, ensuring data accuracy and anticipating demand to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
● Ensure correct receipt of materials, verifying and documenting any discrepancies in quantities and specifications against the company’s purchase order and supplier’s invoice, as well as possible damages;
● Report all receipts and any discrepancies/damages to the Purchasing Department so appropriate actions can be taken with suppliers and for approval of corresponding payments;
● Store approved materials and supplies in their designated storage locations;
● Pick, verify, and deliver materials or supplies based on requisitions, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness;
● Record inventory inflows and outflows via information systems (ERP) and/or controls provided by the company;
● Request procurement of materials or supplies for inventory replenishment, following criteria previously established and approved by the company;
● Keep assigned areas clean and organized to facilitate access, identification, counting, and other operational needs;
● Evaluate and propose improvements to processes, systems, and resources for effective inventory management;
● Support and/or conduct periodic inventory counts and audits per company guidelines;
● Coordinate/guide activities of assistants, junior clerks, or less experienced warehouse clerks to ensure adherence to company procedures;
● Collaborate with the Shipping Department in picking and preparing cargo for dispatch of finished products, supplies, and equipment to construction sites;
● Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment;
● Assist in related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor and help resolve unforeseen issues that may cause interruptions or delays in production and installation processes at customer sites.

Notes: Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday until 4:30 PM — one-hour lunch break each day.
**Salary: To be negotiated — varies depending on junior, senior, or pleno level**
Payment: R$4.408,43 per month
