We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Transformation Protagonist:** Here, routine means leadership and innovation: you’ll be a reference point in a multidisciplinary team responsible for the digital security of millions of transactions, managing high-impact strategies and decisions. We monitor suspicious transactions and threats identified by our products (Desktop, Mobile, Browser, Transactional, AML) in real time, analyzing vast amounts of data to detect atypical patterns, frauds, and unusual activities—with a focus on optimization and scalability. **Activities:** * Serve as a reference in creating, reviewing, and refining advanced business rules for our anti-fraud and anti\-money laundering solutions, also influencing the product roadmap. * Conduct investigations of complex incidents, log analysis, and alert automation—with emphasis on high-criticality scenarios. * Collaborate strategically with Data Science, Development, Product, and Customer Experience teams, driving innovations and cross\-functional integrations. * Contribute to the design and evolution of architecture—anticipating threats, scams, emerging frauds, and implementing global best practices. **Our Tech Stack and Technical Challenges:** We develop, evolve, and support our own cutting-edge solutions: * Proprietary SDK (Android/iOS); * Endpoint agent (MacOS, Windows, Linux); * Web agent (JavaScript); * Risk engines powered by artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. You’ll face challenges such as optimizing analyses for scalability, integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) into anti-fraud workflows, and adopting emerging technologies.x' **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** * Monitor and analyze threats and frauds in real time—with strategic vision for large-scale risk mitigation; * Design, configure, tune, and test anti-fraud and AML rules across the full development-to-production lifecycle—with focus on efficiency and compliance; * Investigate suspicious events, perform advanced analysis and data correlation, and deliver executive reports to internal stakeholders and clients; * Participate in continuous solution evolution—proposing improvements based on risks, market trends, and AI innovations; * Prepare strategic investigative reports and correlate data to enable agile, executive-level decision-making; * Advance and apply expertise in LLM and AI agent tools—leading implementations for automation, efficiency, and new forms of digital anti-fraud analysis and investigation. **Specific Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related fields; postgraduate studies or advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GIAC) are a plus; * Proven experience in fraud prevention or related areas—including involvement in complex projects; * Coding ability in one or more programming languages (preferably Python, but also Java, JavaScript, C\+\+, C\#), with emphasis on process automation; * Solid experience querying SQL and NoSQL databases for data correlation; * Expertise in data analysis (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, diagnostic), applied to real-world fraud prevention scenarios; * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, network services (e.g., HTTP, DNS, SMTP), operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS), and web and mobile applications; * Mastery of major cyberattacks related to fraud (phishing, man\-in\-the\-middle, malware, brute force, session hijacking, etc.), with practical case experience in defense. **Not required, but a plus:** * Experience with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, or Digital Forensics teams; * Proficiency with libraries like Pandas or similar for data analysis; * In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (LGPD, GDPR, etc.); * Practical experience with artificial intelligence, Large Language Models (LLM), and AI agents—including implementation in production environments. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
