Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing finance operations, optimizing processes, and providing strategic support, with duties spanning budget planning, analysis, and control. Monitoring the company's financial health The role involves performing activities related to the company's financial control, aiming to ensure proper resource management, financial process optimization, and support for the organization's strategic decisions. The professional will engage in budget planning, analysis, and control, as well as monitor the company's financial health through reports and forecasts. * Track financial inflows and outflows, ensuring cash flow is always up-to-date and balanced. * Develop and manage the company's budget, conducting comparisons between planned and actual figures. * Coordinate activities related to accounts payable and receivable, collections, billing, and bank reconciliations. * Monitor and control the company's payments and receipts, ensuring timely execution and minimizing delinquency. * Support customer credit management and oversee the collection process, including negotiating payment terms when necessary. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Residency in Sumaré \- SP or nearby cities. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Prior experience in finance (preferably within mid-sized companies). * Knowledge of cash flow management, accounting, and budgetary management. * Familiarity with financial management software (ERP) is desirable. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams. * Knowledge of tax planning is a plus. **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Meal Allowance R$260.00; Pharmacy Benefit; Dental Plan; and Qualification Program.
