Job Summary: A bus driver responsible for inspecting the vehicle, verifying routes, driving safely and courteously, and ensuring passenger organization and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Bus driver responsibilities include: * Inspecting the vehicle to be operated * Verifying the route itinerary * Operating the vehicle in compliance with regulations set by the National Traffic Council, Municipal Transportation Secretariat, and company internal policies * Identifying malfunctions and maintaining the vehicle * Treating passengers with courtesy and respect * Adhering to scheduled departure/arrival times and travel durations, as well as all journey stages specified in the stage schedule * Stopping at designated passenger boarding/alighting points * Managing passenger boarding and alighting, and providing information regarding fares, routes, boarding/alighting points, and onboard procedures * Implementing procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort * Undergoing periodic re-certification to operate buses **REQUIREMENTS:** Completion of elementary or high school education (mandatory) Flexible availability of working hours Proven experience in charter transportation services Residence in Hortolândia or surrounding areas Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
