Job Summary:
The professional will support the execution and improvement of logistics routines, ensuring efficiency in receiving, distribution, and delivery processes, as well as assisting with cargo handling and route planning.

Responsibilities: Support the immediate supervisor in executing and improving logistics routines; Ensure that receiving, distribution, and delivery processes are conducted in an organized and efficient manner; Assist with cargo handling and delivery route planning; Monitor vehicle tracking during routes and update internal control spreadsheets; Issue CT\-e, follow-up reports, and other documents related to cargo transportation (imports, exports, and domestic transportation); Manage toll-related pending issues, Sem Parar accounts, communications with drivers and customers; Perform daily driver scheduling and manage logistics information via system and spreadsheets.
Requirements: Education: Completed high school (technical or higher education in Logistics preferred); Driver’s license category B; Prior experience as a logistics assistant or logistics clerk; Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Preferred Qualifications: Experience issuing transportation documents (CT\-e, imports/exports).
Salary: R$ 2\.400,00
Benefits: Meal Allowance: R$ 36.34 per day; Food basket (groceries); Dental plan; Life insurance; Transportation allowance: R$ 500.00; Performance bonus: R$ 500.00 every three months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- Overtime.
Payment: R$2\.400,00 per month
