Job Summary: The HR Analyst will manage time tracking, payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding 2. Payroll management, benefits administration, and time tracking 3. Direct support and assistance to employees Position: HR Assistant / Analyst Main Responsibilities: Time tracking closure, payroll verification, payment submission to banks, benefits management and reloading, periodic medical exam tracking, full onboarding process, onboarding integration, PPE control and distribution, full offboarding process, employee support, and other duties pertinent to the role. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Prior experience in HR is required. Salary will be disclosed during the first interview stage. Only candidates residing in Itupeva or Jundiaí will be considered.
