




Job Summary: A professional responsible for food pre-preparation, salad assembly, cleaning of utensils and equipment, and overall kitchen and restaurant organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in food pre-preparation and assembly 2. Maintenance of hygiene and organization of the environment 3. Assistance in meal preparation and replenishment * Perform vegetable and produce pre-preparation, reviewing menu preparations under the chef's supervision. * Carry out pre-preparation and assembly of salads—both raw and cooked—according to the day's menu. * Ensure thorough cleaning of all utensils used in meal preparations, properly organizing them in their designated locations. * Conduct daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juice extractors and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitization plan for equipment—including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters—as well as internal and external cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant. * Maintain restaurant organization by appropriately stocking tables. * Replenish food items, salads, and desserts during meal service hours. * Assist in tray, plate, and cutlery return, ensuring proper disposal of both food and non-food waste when necessary. * Provide support in preparing snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly adhere to company procedures in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual.
