Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys teamwork to perform cleaning and maintenance of premises, squares, playgrounds, and senior citizen fitness areas in a housing development. Availability to work on weekends We seek a dynamic person who enjoys teamwork, maintains cleanliness of the housing development premises, collects regular and recyclable waste, washes and stores used materials and tools, and performs other related tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning squares, playgrounds, and senior citizen fitness areas; conducting general sweeping of condominium roads; and assisting with general maintenance activities. Prior experience in condominium maintenance, valid driver's license, and availability to work on weekends are required.
