Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electromechanical maintenance on various equipment, ensuring proper operation and reducing failures. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors the performance of machines and equipment \*JOB: DAYTIME ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN – VILA GATTI \- ITU \- SP\* \*Requirements and Qualifications:\* Completed High School Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnology, Industrial Electricity, or Refrigeration Mechanics Electromechanical experience. Knowledge of Chiller, Fancoil, Split, Fancoilet, and VRF equipment. Electrical knowledge including primary switchgear operation, generators, and UPS units. \*Responsibilities:\* Maintenance of primary switchgear, generators, and UPS units; Preventive maintenance involving control and monitoring, aiming to reduce or prevent equipment performance failures, thereby increasing reliability and availability so equipment operates consistently near factory-original conditions: Air filter and belt replacement; drain and tray cleaning; evaporator and condenser coil cleaning; oil level and refrigerant fluid checks; current and voltage readings; temperature and humidity measurements in environments and equipment; pressure readings for superheat and subcooling adjustments; Predictive maintenance through periodic equipment or machine monitoring using data collected via surveillance or inspections.
