Unload Caustic Soda, PAC, and Nitrophos via truck; Operate and perform CIP using Caustic Soda, Hypochlorite, and Acid on Skids; ETA Operate and ensure efficiency of the ETA flocculation-sedimentation unit; Perform backwashing on rapid water filters; Perform backwashing on manganese filter; Ensure supply of industrial and potable water to the entire factory; Ensure water intake into the factory (lagoon); Clean river intake screen; Ensure water supply for biomass boiler and ETE; Maintain proper levels in softened, industrial, and chlorinated water tanks; Ensure ideal chlorine concentration in the potable water circuit; Read factory potable water meter readings; Collect potable water samples throughout the factory and perform chlorine concentration analyses; Prepare and dilute caustic soda in dosing tank for treatment; Prepare polymer for treatment; Receive PAC and transfer to dosing tank for treatment; Responsible for operation of odor collection system exhaust fans; COMPRESSORS Operate and interpret compressor and air dryer variables; Ensure supply and quality of compressed air to the factory; Perform inspections on compressor cooling systems (cooling tower); Clean cooling tower basket filters; Ensure climate control operation in compressor room (air conditioning); Ensure proper functioning of drains in compressed air reservoirs.
