Proactivity and commitment Experienced Pizzaiolo Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team, responsible for all stages of pizza production—from dough and ingredient preparation to baking and finishing—ensuring the quality and flavor of our products. Responsibilities: Prepare pizza dough, controlling fermentation and quality. Prepare and organize toppings and other ingredients. Assemble and bake pizzas according to technical specifications and house standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, complying with health surveillance regulations. Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo. Familiarity with food hygiene and safety. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Proactivity and commitment. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.940,04 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
