Job Description: Collaborate with innovative minds around the world This role is responsible for data architecture, information integration, and analytical BI reporting for 3M’s Consumer Group in Latin America. The impact you will make in this role: * Integrate multiple Latin American data sources into a scalable and automated architecture. * Ensure consistency, reliability, and standardization of regional BI indicators. * Sustain and evolve the LATAM strategic dashboard portfolio. * Reduce dependency on manual processes and local spreadsheets through data automation and governance. Key Responsibilities: * Full ownership of LATAM Business Intelligence data: data sourcing/acquisition, ingestion, and transformation to enable consistent analytical reports and dashboards * Full ownership of LATAM BI routine automation and data flow optimization, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and information security * Responsible for continuously feeding the LATAM BI Data Lake pipeline with syndicated data (external data) * Responsible for all current Power BI dashboards of Consumer LATAM, including Sell\-out Report, Sell\-in Report, Daily Sales Report, Market Share Report, among others * Responsible for training users of CBG LATAM data reports Your Skills and Experience. To prepare for success in this role from day one, 3M seeks candidates with the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in data engineering and integration: APIs, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and SQL. * Experience with Azure data ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Blob Storage) and Power BI. * Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
