We are a technology company focused on \#developing \#products that help CONNECT PEOPLE TO TRANSFORM LIVES! **Check out the responsibilities awaiting you:** * Develop and maintain **dashboards and analytical reports**, emphasizing usability, clarity, and decision-making. * Act as the **BI front-end owner** (visualization layer). * Support **data modeling** tailored for analytical and managerial consumption. * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements, understand processes, and define **strategic KPIs**. * Ensure **data and report quality, performance, governance, and security**. * Support **versioning, publishing, and access control** processes in Power BI. * Develop metrics and calculations using **DAX** in Power BI. * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** in reports, indicators, and analytical processes. * Support the **dissemination of a data-driven culture** within the company. **Important Requirements to Apply:** * Advanced Power BI knowledge (intermediate/advanced DAX; dimensional modeling; data governance); * Experience with **Power BI publishing, gateways, and security**; * Intermediate SQL knowledge (queries, views, and performance); * Knowledge of **UX applied to dashboards**; * Experience with **Azure Synapse Analytics** and/or **Databricks**; * Experience with **Azure Data Factory** (pipeline creation and maintenance; integration of multiple sources; orchestration and scheduled loads); * Experience in corporate environments with multiple business areas (industrial, retail, services, or technology). **What Elsys Offers You:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * Childcare allowance; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Life insurance. * Work location: Valinhos \- SP.
