




Nice Brasil is seeking a professional for its Limeira (SP) plant We are looking for a "Controller Analyst" to join our team. Financial Control and Reporting * Conduct monthly accounting closing in coordination with the Accounting department, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (IFRS/US GAAP, where applicable). Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting * Actively participate in annual budgeting processes, periodic revisions (forecast), and medium- to long-term planning. * Analyze variances between actual vs. budgeted/forecast results, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. Industrial Costs * Monitor and analyze industrial costs (raw materials, labor, indirect costs, factory overhead). * Track standard vs. actual cost variations and their impact on margins. * Support pricing processes and profitability analysis by product, customer, and channel. Performance Analysis and KPIs * Develop and monitor financial and operational performance indicators. * Prepare profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency analyses. * Support industrial leaders and operational areas with structured financial analyses (business partnering). Governance, Controls, and Compliance * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and analyses. * Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls. Systems and Automation * Use and support maintenance of ERP systems (SAP). * Develop management reports and dashboards using BI tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.). Technical Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Controller, Finance, or Industrial Cost functions. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control. * Advanced Excel; BI tool knowledge preferred. * Experience with corporate ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
