We are looking for an **Active Telemarketing Operator** to be the voice of our company in prospecting new customers. Your mission will be to present our complete portfolio, including **telecommunication plans** and **electronic security systems (alarms, cameras, monitoring)**, guiding negotiations through to sale closure. Responsibilities and Duties * Make outbound calls to our contact database, offering telecommunications and electronic security services and plans. * Clearly and concisely present the benefits and features of each solution. * Identify customer needs to propose the most suitable offer. * Negotiate and close sales, meeting weekly and monthly targets. * Keep the CRM system and customer records consistently updated. Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma required. * Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or commercial areas, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or security sectors. * Excellent verbal communication and diction. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Results-oriented with proactive attitude toward achieving goals. * Familiarity with CRM systems and Office suite is a plus.
