Strategic support to engineering, production, and commercial departments **Job Objective** We seek a Senior Cost Analyst to directly manage and control \*\*industrial costs\*\*, delivering accurate analyses and decision-making support. **Technical Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in \*\*Accounting\*\*, \*\*Business Administration\*\*, \*\*Engineering\*\*, or related fields \- Solid experience in \*\*industrial costing\*\*, \*\*pricing formation\*\*, and \*\*margin analysis\*\* \- Knowledge of \*\*cost accounting\*\*, \*\*cost centers\*\*, and \*\*cost allocations\*\* \- Extensive experience in costing \- Proficiency in \*\*advanced Excel\*\* and analytical tools (Power BI) \- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management is desirable \- Familiarity with \*\*SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)\*\* for navigation and data extraction is desirable \- Experience in multinational environments and reporting activities \- **Advanced English / Communication Skills** **Key Responsibilities:** \- Conduct \*\*product-level, work-center-level, and production-line-level cost analyses\*\* \- Monitor \*\*cost variations\*\*, \*\*budget deviations\*\*, and \*\*operating margins\*\* \- Support engineering, production, and commercial departments with \*\*cost and pricing information\*\* \- Participate in \*\*physical inventories\*\*, \*\*validation of standard costs\*\*, and \*\*periodic reviews\*\* \- Prepare \*\*management reports\*\* and \*\*dashboards\*\* to support leadership **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in automotive or manufacturing companies \- Experience in multinational environments **Benefits:** Health insurance — 20% employee contribution and 80% company coverage (no co-payment), dental insurance (fully covered by the company), chartered bus service, on-site restaurant, Gympass extended to dependents, life insurance, private pension plan. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday **Location Requirement:** Reside in Valinhos, Vinhedo, Jundiaí, Louveira, or Campinas — SP Employment Type: Permanent CLT
