Responsibilities: * Prepare breads, doughs (sweet, savory, and flaky) and bakery products according to the bakery’s standards; * Carry out the full production process (weighing, mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking); * Monitor preparation time and temperature to ensure product quality and consistency; * Stock display cases and counters with fresh products; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the workplace and equipment; * Monitor ingredient shelf life and proper storage; * Follow food hygiene and safety best practices; * Support new product development and process improvements when required. **Requirements:** * Experience as a baker; * Knowledge of bread and dough production (fermentation, shaping, and baking), including sweet, savory, and flaky doughs; * Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe handling practices; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Agility and commitment to production deadlines; * Availability to work the afternoon shift. Benefits: * Meal allowance (Sodexo) (after 90 days): R$ 101.00; * Transportation allowance (6% deduction) * On-site meals (no deduction) * Afternoon coffee break Location: Bakery located in the Nova Europa neighborhood – Campinas/SP Schedule and Rotation: * 6 days on / 1 day off – from 12:20 PM to 8:40 PM Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Hiring Process: 1st – Online interview 2nd – In-person test 3rd – Hiring Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
