If you seek an opportunity to accelerate your career, learn about the aluminum packaging production process, and work in a challenging, innovative, and development-oriented environment, this could be your next step. **Join our team! \#VemPraLata \#VemSerCrown** Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for ensuring mechanical performance of equipment and stability of the production process, acting precisely and preventively by performing activities such as: * Providing technical support to equipment involved in the can manufacturing process, performing mechanical adjustments, fine-tuning, and technical interventions to ensure process stability, performance, and product quality; * Monitoring the production line flow, ensuring continuous supply of aluminum and auxiliary materials; * Analyzing machine mechanical performance, identifying failures, operational deviations, and improvement opportunities, acting preventively and corrective to avoid unplanned stoppages; * Conducting quality tests on raw materials and products during the process, recording results and adjusting equipment when necessary; * Collecting samples and performing visual and instrumental tests to ensure compliance of produced cans; * Participating in preventive and corrective maintenance, performing disassembly, replacements, lubrication, and basic adjustments; * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of equipment and production areas, ensuring good operational practices and safety. Requirements and Qualifications We seek a committed individual, detail-oriented, who enjoys working with organization and technical precision. We value those who act with responsibility, agility, and care in the industrial environment. **To apply, you must have:** * Completed high school; * Apprenticeship training or a Technical Course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work on a 3x3 shift schedule (06:00–18:00 \- Day shift or 18:00–06:00 \- Night shift). * Prior experience in the Mechanical field.
