




Job Summary: Manage the online store on Mercado Livre, provide support to authorized partners, administer technical content, and monitor products, performing both strategic and operational functions. Technical content administration and online product monitoring Responsible for managing the company’s own store on Mercado Livre dedicated to selling spare parts; providing preferential support to authorized partners via digital channels; administering technical content on internal platforms; and monitoring Balmak’s product presence in the online environment, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. The professional will operate both strategically and operationally to support the reseller channel and technical after-sales service. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (completed or in progress); experience in e-commerce (preferably on Mercado Livre); familiarity with digital customer service routines (WhatsApp Business, email, telephone); strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on technical clarity; basic knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing. Must reside in Americana or Santa Bárbara d'Oeste.
