It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Manage the transportation area, monitor deliveries, and handle incident resolution. Administer contracts and relationships with carriers and logistics service providers. Monitor KPIs, freight audits, returns, indemnifications, and additional costs. Lead a team of approximately 12 employees. Control and manage leased light fleet vehicles for the sales team and management. Develop KPIs, reports, and action plans to improve logistics performance. Maintain constant interface with Sales and Finance departments. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Transportation Coordinator, Fleet Supervisor, or Transportation Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
