Join us to develop, learn, and grow! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage procurement, contracting, addendum, and claim processes for infrastructure services and/or industrial construction/equipment projects. * Prepare and analyze comparative proposal tables, schedules, disbursement flowcharts, Unit Price Composition (CPU), Benefits and Indirect Expenses (BDI), direct and indirect costs, field monitoring of contract/project progress, and Cost Breakdown for proposal validation. * Read and interpret engineering drawings (e.g., layouts, arrangement plans, diagrams, data sheets, specifications, and technical memoranda). * Conduct technical evaluations of proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications, and develop risk matrices for procurement processes. * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure competitive commercial terms aligned with internal policies. * Develop procurement strategies to optimize costs and timelines. * Serve as the Procurement interface in pricing strategies and negotiations alongside Legal, Tax, Insurance, Finance, ESG, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and safety standards. * Administer penalties and incentives within procurement processes. * Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental (SMS) compliance throughout procurement processes. * Analyze requirements and adjust legal drafts. Requirements: * Must reside in Indaiatuba or nearby regions. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. * Experience in budgeting for infrastructure services and/or industrial construction/equipment projects. * Solid knowledge of: + Direct and indirect costs * Unit Price Composition * Calculation and application of BDI (Benefits and Indirect Expenses) * Experience in contractual risk analysis. * Preparation and monitoring of detailed project schedules. * Interpretation of contracts, annexes, and technical documents. * Hands-on experience managing infrastructure contracts. * Knowledge of tax aspects applicable to contractual processes. * Provision and monitoring of contractual insurance. * Intermediate English proficiency (advanced level is a plus). * Experience leading and conducting technical and commercial analysis of CAPEX and OPEX contracting and addendums, particularly for infrastructure construction and services.
