Support for team structuring and talent pool development Responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring talents aligned with Integracomm’s culture and strategic needs, ensuring each new hire strengthens the team and directly contributes to the company’s growth. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Talent Recruitment and Attraction * Design and conduct comprehensive selection processes. * Post job openings on employment portals, LinkedIn, universities, and social media. * Proactively source candidates (hunting) when necessary. * Develop strategies to increase both the volume and quality of applicants. 2\. Candidate Screening and Assessment * Review resumes and professional profiles. * Conduct initial video or telephone interviews. * Administer behavioral, technical, or personality assessments (e.g., DISC). * Identify candidates aligned with the company’s culture. 3\. Selection Process Management * Organize stages of the selection process. * Schedule interviews with leaders and managers. * Track feedback and hiring decisions. * Maintain control and organization of the candidate pipeline. 4\. Candidate Experience * Ensure a positive experience for all candidates. * Maintain clear communication throughout the entire process. * Lead job offer delivery and hiring negotiations. 5\.
