Reduce lead time, rework, and waste A metal-mechanical industry is seeking a Production Planning and Control Supervisor in Itu. **Responsibilities:** Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on the order backlog. Sequence production orders and balance machine load versus actual capacity. Ensure alignment between commercial deadlines and production capacity. Monitor production order progress in real time. Manage and develop KPIs (lead time, OEE, OTIF, and productivity). Reduce lead time, rework, and waste. Participate in strategic meetings and S\&OP processes. Previous experience as Production Coordinator, Planning Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or Planning Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
