Development of content and training for dealerships **Job Description:** Specialized Support for Electric Vehicles Develop content and videos to share with dealerships and enhance field solutions. Guide on differences among BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), and HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) systems. Assist field technicians with complex diagnostic trouble codes related to electric propulsion systems, regenerative braking, and others. Support Over-the-Air (OTA) update processes and resolve software-related performance issues. Interpret vehicle data to diagnose battery health (State of Health - SoH) and range efficiency problems. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields Experience in automotive systems **EV/HEV Systems Proficiency:** Formal training in Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, DC-DC converters, and regenerative systems. **Diagnostic Protocols:** Proven knowledge of CAN bus communication and automotive diagnostic standards (OBD-II). Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and electric motors. Proficiency in using OBD-II scanners and specialized diagnostic software for electric vehicles (e.g., CAN bus analysis).
