Ensure alignment with and adherence to the strategy A small-sized company in the headshop industry, located in Indaiatuba/SP, is seeking a professional to transform the Commercial Directorate's strategic vision into organized, consistent, and predictable execution, ensuring that products, campaigns, and communications advance with rigor, priority, quality, and strategic alignment—through processes, organization, and continuous monitoring of demands. Responsibilities: * Structure and maintain processes, workflows, and schedules to ensure organization, predictability, and quality in marketing and product deliverables. * Translate the Commercial Directorate’s strategy into executable plans, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with and adherence to the strategy. * Coordinate and develop the marketing team, distributing tasks clearly, monitoring deadlines, and reinforcing operational standards and discipline. * Serve as the liaison between Marketing and the Executive Directorate, monitoring results, anticipating risks, and ensuring consistent progress of the department.
