Position Objective: Support the execution of Trade Marketing strategies by sales channel, contributing to the accurate implementation of in-store activities, purchase order control, and activity tracking, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and supporting departments. Main Responsibilities: * Support the execution of Trade Marketing activities by channel, as per the defined plan * Provide support in issuing and monitoring purchase orders (POs) related to Trade activities, in-store marketing materials (MPDV), and campaigns * Support budget and promotional fund control by channel * Support monitoring of in-store execution (product exposure, planograms, visibility materials) * Support the sales force with Trade-related materials, information, and data * Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing basic performance indicators (sell-out, stockouts, turnover, execution) * Support preparation of reports, controls, and presentations for the department * Collaborate integrally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics departments * Support product launches and channel-specific promotional activities Requirements and Technical Knowledge: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields * Experience preparing reports and analyzing data * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * Familiarity with in-store execution and channel dynamics * Basic understanding of purchase order processes and administrative controls Working Hours: Business hours Note: The company provides chartered transportation for employees residing in Monte Mor and Hortolândia.
