Monitoring and handling all matters related to vehicles under maintenance (e.g., supplier communication, receipt of quotations, system entry, and communication with drivers and managers to report status). Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails linked to fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Controlling and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic claims. Contacting third-party drivers to explain Movida's internal procedures and update status. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests.
